Final Inspection Report. Seller's compliance with and satisfaction of all remedies, actions and requirements of Seller as set forth in the Final Inspection Report (as herein defined).

Final Inspection Report. Upon completion of the Work, Customer and Authority (or their duly authorized representatives) shall promptly inspect the entire Facility, or applicable portions thereof. Authority or its Service Providers will confirm that the Work has been satisfactorily completed according to the provisions of this Master Agreement and the applicable CPC. Authority and Customer shall jointly sign a Final Inspection Report.
Final Inspection Report. The document prepared by the WCE that provides a summary of the WCE’s findings from the Final Inspection and indicates any improvements made to the home. Final Inspection Report. Seller shall have executed and delivered to Buyer a Final Inspection Report as mutually agreed upon by Seller and Buyer. Seller shall have complied with and provided evidence satisfactory to Buyer of the satisfaction of all remedies, actions and requirements of Seller as set forth in the Final Inspection Report (as herein defined).
Final Inspection Report. A final inspection report confirming satisfactory completion of the cleanup process, including any follow-up actions taken and recommendations provided.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date.
