Family Sharing. Family Group permits You to share Applications downloaded through the Application Store with other family members by allowing them to view and download each others’ eligible Applications to their associated Devices. Jurisdiction means Wellington, New Zealand. Loss includes direct and indirect losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, Claims, remedies, matters or actions inclusive of all legal fees and disbursements (on a full indemnity basis) however arising, directly or indirectly.

  • JOB SHARING (a) Job sharing is defined as two permanent employees sharing one full-time position. All job sharing arrangements shall be subject to the approval of the Hospital and the agreement of the Union.
