Features and Services. A Managed Apple ID is the account user name and password You create and provide to each of Your End Users to access the Service. Apple will provide You with the tools to create Managed Apple IDs for Your End Users. When You create Managed Apple IDs for Your End Users, all features and functionality of the Service that You select to be available are enabled for all of Your Institution’s Managed Apple IDs. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ALL RISKS AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SELECTION OF EACH FEATURE AND FUNCTIONALITY ENABLED IN THE SERVICE AS BEING APPROPRIATE FOR INSTITUTION AND/OR YOUR END USERS.

Features and Services. Mobile Deposit is a service offered through Level One Mobile Banking for increased convenience of check deposits. Mobile Deposit allows the deposit of checks into certain accounts with use of a mobile device camera and the Level One Bank Mobile Application or “Mobile App”. Using Mobile Deposit requires businesses to be a Level One Bank account holder and to have agreed to any applicable terms and conditions presented by the Bank. Mobile Deposit is available to business online banking customers with the mobile application and requires Bank approval. Each business online banking customer requesting access to Mobile Deposit requires a formal request and/or application process. Each request/application will be reviewed utilizing a consistent assessment process. If approved, transactions, account usage and risk may be periodically monitored. Access may be denied or deactivated at any time. Level One Bank has the right to modify, add, or remove portions of this service or end the service at any time without notice for suspected fraud, misuse, excessive overdrafts or returned items or for any other reasons based upon their sole discretion. Mobile deposit users will see the “deposit” option when using mobile banking.

To use Mobile Deposit, you must be an account holder for at least 90 days, be at least 18 years old and have agreed to the Internet Banking Online Banking Agreement.
Features and Services. A. Claris Connect Subscription. The Service will be made available through the purchase of an annual Claris Connect subscription (“Subscription”). Various Subscription offerings may be made available, and such Subscriptions may be limited in terms of the number of Flows, the number of Third-Party Applications used in the Flows, and the total number of API calls made monthly to the Claris Connect server. You are responsible for selecting and purchasing the appropriate Subscription for Your intended use of the Service. At any time during Your paid Subscription term, Your Team Manager can upgrade the amount of API calls and/or Flows by going into the Team Manager’s Claris Customer Console Subscription tab, and choosing to upgrade the applicable Subscription. Increases in Your Subscription may take up to 24 hours after purchase to take effect, or you can click the “Sync Subscription” button in the Team Manager’s Claris Customer Console and the changes will take effect immediately. Once purchased, Your Subscriptions are non-refundable, but You can downgrade Your Subscriptions as part of the renewal process at the end of the current paid Subscription term.

You mustbe enrolled in Online Bankingto use the Service which allows you to transfer funds betweenyour linked personal deposit accounts at the Bank and certain deposit or investment accounts owned by you at other financial institutions using an account number and financial institution identifier (e.g. route transitor routing number). Inbound transfers move funds into an account you own at the Bank from an account you own outside the Bank. An outboundtransfer moves funds from an account you own at the Bank to an account outside the Bank thatis owned by you. Service can be used with certain software and hardware such as a personal computer, smartphone or other mobile device. The use of your software and hardware in conjunction with the Serviceaccount transfer information will be captured and delivered electronically.

Use of Location-based Services Apple and its partners and licensors may provide certain features or services (e.g., Find My iPhone, Find My Friends) that rely upon device-based location information using GPS (where available) and crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations. To provide such features or services, where available, Apple and its partners and licensors must collect, use, transmit, process and maintain your location data, including but not limited to the geographic location of your device and information related to your iCloud account (“Account”) and any devices registered thereunder, including but not limited to your Apple ID, device ID and name, and device type. You may withdraw consent to Apple and its partners’ and licensors’ collection, use, transmission, processing and maintenance of location and Account data at any time by not using the location- based features and turning off the Find My iPhone, Find My Friends, or Location Services settings (as applicable) on your device. When using third party services that use or provide location data as part of the Service, you are subject to and should review such third party’s terms and privacy policy on use of location data by such third party services. Any location data provided by the Service is not intended to be relied upon in situations where precise location information is needed or where erroneous, inaccurate, time-delayed or incomplete location data may lead to death, personal injury, property or environmental damage. Apple shall use reasonable skill and due care in providing the Service, but neither Apple nor any of its service and/or content providers guarantees the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of location data or any other data displayed by the Service. LOCATION-BASED SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED OR SUITABLE FOR USE AS AN EMERGENCY LOCATOR SYSTEM.

When you sign in with your mySewnet™ account on your machine, all embroideries and stitches that you save will be automatically synchronized with mySewnet™ Cloud, and any other machine on which you are signed in. If you install and run the mySewnet™ Cloud sync tool for PC / Mac, the embroideries and stitches in your mySewnet™ Cloud will also be synchronized with your computer(s). Level One Bank has the right to modify, add, or remove portions of this service or end the service at any time without notice for suspected fraud, misuse, excessive overdrafts or returned items or for any other reasons based upon their sole discretion. Mobile deposit users will see the “deposit” option when using mobile banking. Deposit Limits - Mobile deposits are limited to a maximum of $2,500.00 per item and/or a maximum of $2,500.00 per day. Items and/or deposits over these set limits will be rejected through Mobile Deposit but may be brought to a Banking Center for review and processing. Level One Bank may establish limits on the number of checks or the total amount of checks deposited using Mobile Deposit. These limits may change from time to time without notice to the account holder. Mobile deposits within the item deposit limit and daily deposit limit will be electronically transmitted to the Bank for review, approval and processing. Types of Checks - Only checks can be deposited using Mobile Deposit, however, there are some checks that cannot be deposited. These include: checks payable to any person or entity other than the account holder, checks containing any alteration which may be fraudulent or not authorized by the account owner on which the check is drawn, any checks that are not in original form with a signature, such as substitute checks or remotely created checks, and checks written off an account at a financial institution located outside the United States and/or not payable in United States currency. Note that any check deposit received through Mobile Banking is subject to verification by Level One Bank.
