Common use of Family Emergency Clause in Contracts

Family Emergency. 13 11.15.1 During the delivery of Wraparound OC services, CONTRACTOR Wraparound 14 may be called upon to utilize Flex Funds to address a Participant’s Family 15 Emergency expenditure(s) which were not previously addressed in the expenditures 16 Family Budget. These may include, but are not limited to:
