False or Misleading Representations. Bimini shall make no false or misleading representations to customers or other persons with regard to the Celution Products or Cytori. Cytori shall permit Bimini to externally link the Bimini and any Affiliates website to the Cytori website, provided Cytori has the opportunity to review and approve the content of the Bimini website that refers to Cytori or its products (or utilizes Cytori Trademarks), which review and approval shall not be unreasonably delayed or withheld for longer than two weeks upon mutually recognized submission to Cytori for review. Cytori recognizes that they will have no right to review and approve the content of the Bimini website(s) if it does not refer to Cytori or its products (or utilizes Cytori Trademarks).
False or Misleading Representations. Reseller shall not make any false or misleading representations to customers or others regarding COMPANY or the Products. Reseller shall not make any representations, warranties or guarantees with respect to the specifications, features or capabilities of the Products that are not consistent with COMPANY’s warranties and documentation describing the Products, including all limitations and disclaimers.

If Harmony discovers that any financial statement, warranty, representation, or other information given to Harmony by Sequel, any successor in interest of Sequel, or any guarantor of Sequel’s obligation hereunder, and any of them, in connection with this Lease, was materially false or misleading when made or furnished.
