Failure to Furnish the Baseline Progress Schedule. Work shall not commence until the Contractor submits his Baseline Progress Schedule in accordance with the requirements of this section, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Engineer. Delays in work resulting from the Contractor’s failure to provide the Progress Schedule will not be considered just cause for extension of the Contract Time limit or for additional compensation.
