Failure to comply with Drug and Alcohol Testing Obligations May Result in Termination of Contract. If, at any time during the period of this Agreement, Contractor fails to comply with any applicable drug and alcohol testing requirements, MTS will consider such failure a material breach of this Agreement, and MTS may terminate this Agreement immediately.
