Failure to comply with directions. If the Train Operator fails to comply with any directions given under paragraph 4.1, Network Rail shall be entitled to remove from the Network or Stable any Specified Equipment left on the Network or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by Network Rail in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by the Train Operator.
Failure to comply with directions. If the Train Operator fails to comply with any directions given under paragraph 4.1, the CVL IM shall be entitled to remove from the CVL or Stable any Specified Equipment left on the CVL or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by the CVL IM in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by the Train Operator.

If the Freight Customer fails to comply or procure compliance with any directions given under paragraph 4.1, Network Rail shall be entitled to remove from the Network or Stable any Freight Customer Specified Equipment left on the Network or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by Network Rail in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by the Freight Customer.
Failure to comply with directions. If the Train Operator fails to comply with any directions given under Clause 4.3.1(b), ABP shall be entitled to remove from the Facility any railway vehicle or other thing or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by ABP in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by the Train Operator.

If the Train Operator fails to comply with any directions given under paragraph 4.1, Nexus shall be entitled to remove from the Metro Shared Network any Specified Equipment left on the Metro Shared Network or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by Nexus in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by the Train Operator.
Failure to comply with directions. If Rail for London fails to comply with any directions given under paragraph 4.1, DBCi shall be entitled to remove from the Facility any Specified Equipment and other things left on the Facility or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by DBCi in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by Rail for London.
Failure to comply with directions. If [ BShort ] fails to comply with any directions given under Clause 4.3.1(b), DB Cargo shall be entitled to remove from the facility any railway vehicle or other thing or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by DB Cargo in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by [ BShort ].

If the Train Operator fails to comply with any directions given under Clause 4.3.1(b), the Facility Owner shall be entitled to remove from the Facility any railway vehicle or other thing or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by the Facility Owner in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by the Train Operator.
