Faculty Records. For initial screening and review of high school instructors who apply to teach college dual enrollment courses, the District agrees to allow the College access, copying, and review of faculty transcripts already on file with the District. It is understood that after initial screening, faculty who meet SACSCOC credentialing standards must provide FSCJ with an official copy of their undergraduate and graduate transcripts prior to encoding of their dual enrollment classes.

  • Student Records The School shall maintain student records for current and former students in accordance with the requirements of State and federal law, including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g, as may be amended from time to time.
