Extension of Utilities. Owner will extend utilities from their present locations to the boundaries of the prope1iy at its sole expense and pay for any increase in size of all appurtenances necessary to provide utility service to the lots within the Property at the level required in the City of Fair Oaks Ranch Subdivision Ordinance.
Extension of Utilities. SUA shall extend water and electric utilities to each splash pad building site prior to construction and shall install any necessary connection apparatus. All such extension and connection costs shall be borne by SUA.
Extension of Utilities. As part of the development of the Green Village Parcel, Green Village, at its sole cost and expense, shall extend any utilities which are necessary for the construction of a residence on the Xxxxx Parcel (“Utilities”) to a location established by mutual agreement of the Parties along the property line between the Xxxxx Parcel and the Green Village Parcel (“Stub Location”). All Utilities shall be of sufficient size or capacity for the anticipated construction of a residence on the Xxxxx Parcel, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties.
