EXTENSION OF DATE OF COMMENCEMENT / LICENSE PERIOD. 4.8.1 If in event of, the progress of work being delayed by any act or neglect of CMRL or its employees or by other contractor / Licensee employed by CMRL or in executing the works on which Licensee‟s performance necessarily depends or by reason of proceeding taken or threatened by or dispute with adjoining or to neighboring owners or public authority arising otherwise through the Licensee‟s own default etc., then upon happening of any such event Licensee shall immediately bring it to the notice of CMRL within 30 days of happening of such an event and accordingly either Commencement Date or License Period individually or in combination may be extended suitably, as in the opinion of CMRL are reasonable having regard to the nature and period of delay and the type and quantum of works affected thereby.

  • Extension of Deadlines If the deadline for signing, approving, or refunding under paragraphs 3, 5, or 6 falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a state or federal holiday, the deadline will be extended to the end of the next business day.

  • License Period The license granted hereunder shall be effective and terminate as of the dates specified in Schedule D attached hereto, unless sooner terminated or renewed in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

  • Extension of Concession Period Subject to the provisions of Clause 35.6, in the event that a material default or breach of this Agreement set forth in Clause 35.2 causes delay in achieving COD or leads to suspension of or reduction in collection of Fee, as the case may be, the Authority shall, in addition to payment of compensation under Clause 35.2, extend the Concession Period, such extension being equal in duration to the period by which COD was delayed or the collection of Fee remained suspended on account thereof, as the case may be.
