Common use of Extension of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Extension of Agreement. The term of the Agreement is hereby deemed to have continued in effect through and including the date hereof, and is hereby further extended through February 28, 2009. Upon expiration of the term, as so extended, the Corporation shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether the Agreement shall be renewed upon such terms as it deems advisable.
