Demonstration Design Operational Plan. The following is a summary of the terms and conditions the parties intend to incorporate into the Final Demonstration Agreement as well as those activities the parties intend to conduct prior to entering into the Final Demonstration Agreement and initiating the Demonstration. The Final Demonstration Agreement will also include additional operational and technical requirements pertinent to the implementation of the Demonstration that exceed the terms of this MOU. This section and any appendices referenced herein are not intended to create contractual or other legal rights between the parties.
