Common use of Extended Well Test Clause in Contracts

Extended Well Test. (a) If the Contractor contemplates the performance of an extended well test, the Contractor shall request to the Minister a specific authorization to do so.

Such request shall detail at minimum, the timetables and objectives of the test, and the quantities of Petroleum to the Minister a specific authorization to do sobe produced, saved or flared.
