Expeditors. Purchaser agrees to assume, as of the Closing, all storage, service and other fees relating to that portion of the Acquired Assets maintained at Expeditors Finland Oy (or other storage facilities/freight forwarders) (collectively, “Expeditors”). Seller will provide Purchaser with copies of invoice(s) for such services rendered by Expeditors after the Closing, which invoice(s) shall be promptly paid by Purchaser.
