Expansion of Scope of Services. The Agency may provide additional ancillary public services to the extent reasonably necessary for the development and implementation of best practices in delivery of mobile crisis response and de-escalation and referral, upon approval of a Supermajority Vote of the Executive Board. The Agency shall not operate any crisis stabilization facilities for the care of Community Members in Crisis or provide any ongoing clinical services.

Expansion of Scope of Services. The Consultant shall not be entitled to either compensation or reimbursement of expenses on account of any work or services under this Agreement except the Services that are specifically authorized in accordance with the terms of a Task Order, as specified in the Task Order. All Consultant charges or expenses not meeting the requirements of this Agreement or the relevant Task Order shall be the sole responsibility of Consultant, and shall not be invoiced to or paid by the Authority, unless prior to commencement of any additional Services:

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc.
