EXISTING XXXXX OR SEPTIC TANKS. To fill in or otherwise remove any existing xxxxx or septic tanks on this Development to the satisfaction of the Sarnia-Lambton Health Unit, the St. Clair Region Conservation Authority and the Town. The Owner agrees at its own expense, to plug any oil or gas well or dispose of any storage tanks, located within the Lands as described in Schedule “A” in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Natural Resources. The Owner agrees to cease all construction work in the area in which an unplugged gas or oil well or storage tank is located and shall immediately report the existence of any such well or storage tank to the Manager of Operations, the Department of Natural Resources and the Ministry of the Environment, and any other regulating agency concerned with unplugged oil/uncapped or gas xxxxx or storage tanks. The Owner agrees to carry out all the requirements of any regulatory agency in the plugging of any oil or gas well or disposal of any storage tanks and pay all associated costs accordingly. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act – Ontario Reg 153/04. The Owner is released from the responsibilities of this section only after the following:

  • Unbundled Voice Loop – SL2 (UVL-SL2 Loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a DLR provided to NewPhone. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on XX0 Xxxxx. The OC feature will allow NewPhone to coordinate the installation of the Loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.
