Exhibitor Compensation. As full compensation to Exhibitor for all Artwork-related costs and expenses that Exhibitor incurs under this Agreement (including, but not limited to, the Artwork’s design, creation, construction, assembly, transportation, installation, display, relocation, disassembly, removal, protection, insurance coverage, publicity), City will pay Exhibitor a flat fee of $ .00, by a mailed check, within 60 calendar days after City receives an Invoice that fully complies with the “Invoice Requirements” described in Section 33.2 of this Agreement.
