  • Mentor Teachers A. A Mentor Teacher shall be defined as a Master Teacher as identified in section 1526 of the School Code and shall perform the duties of a Master Teacher as specified in the code.

  • Claims for Consequential Damages The Owner retains its right to claim for consequential damages in the event the Design Professional fails to perform under this Contract.

  • NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES In no event shall either Party be liable to the other Party for, and no arbitral panel is authorized to award, any punitive, special, indirect or consequential damages of any kind or character resulting from or arising out of this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of profits or business interruptions, however they may be caused.

  • Consequential Damages Neither party to this Agreement shall be liable to the other party for special, indirect or consequential damages under any provision of this Agreement or for any special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of any act or failure to act hereunder.

  • Participating Teachers A participating Teacher is a unit member who receives assistance and/or coaching to improve instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and related aspects of teaching performance. There are two (2) categories of Participating Teachers.

  • Interest of Contractor and Employees The Contractor covenants that he/she presently has no interest and shall not acquire interest, direct or indirect, in the study area or any parcels therein or any other interest which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of his services hereunder. The Contractor further covenants that in the performance of this Contract, no person having any such interest shall be employed.

  • Liability for Incidental and Consequential Damages Contractor shall be responsible for incidental and consequential damages resulting in whole or in part from Contractor’s acts or omissions.

  • Consequential Losses In no event shall either party be liable to the other for loss of profits or incidental, consequential, or liquidated damages of any nature arising from or in connection with this Agreement.
