Exclusive Interface Sample Clauses
Exclusive Interface. Purchasers and any Indemnified Persons shall be entitled to deal exclusively with the Administrative Agent on all matters in connection with the transactions contemplated herein, and shall be entitled to rely exclusively (without further evidence of any kind whatsoever) on any document executed or purported to be executed on behalf of any of the Sellers by the Administrative Agent, and on any other action taken or purported to be taken on behalf of any of the Sellers by the Administrative Agent, as fully binding upon the Sellers with respect to the transactions contemplated herein.
Exclusive Interface. Sentra and the other Sentra Indemnitees shall be entitled to deal exclusively with the Administrative Stockholder on all matters in connection with the Exchange and the transactions contemplated herein, and shall be entitled to rely exclusively (without further evidence of any kind whatsoever) on any document executed or purported to be executed on behalf of any ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ by the Administrative Stockholder, and on any other action taken or purported to be taken on behalf of any ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ by the Administrative Stockholder, as fully binding upon the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with respect to the Exchange.
