Manufacturing Technology Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • The Parties shall use good faith efforts to negotiate and agree upon the terms of a technology transfer plan as soon as reasonably practicable following Licensee’s request for a Manufacturing Technology Transfer.
