Exchange of Local Traffic. 7.4.1 This Section addresses the exchange of traffic between one Party's network and the other Party's network. Neither Party will interconnect or deliver traffic to the other from third parties. Neither Company shall deliver traffic from its subscribers outside the local calling area as specified above, either by means of central office translations or by call forwarding. Neither Company will deliver traffic on the trunks provided for in this agreement, which would otherwise be subject to access charges or other compensation. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, via an amendment to this Agreement, the Parties will directly exchange traffic between their respective networks without the use of third party transit providers.

Exchange of Local Traffic. 6.1.1 Interconnection is the linking of the USWC and NewPath networks for the mutual exchange of traffic and for NewPath access to unbundled Network Elements. Interconnection does not include the transport and termination of traffic. Interconnection is provided by Virtual or Physical Collocation, entrance facilities or Mid-Span Meet arrangements.

  • Local Traffic Traffic that is originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network within Verizon's then current local calling area (including non-optional local calling scope arrangements) as defined in Verizon’s effective Customer Tariffs. A non- optional local calling scope arrangement is an arrangement that provides Customers a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), beyond their basic exchange serving area. Local Traffic does not include optional local calling scope traffic (i.e., traffic that under an optional rate package chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area). IntraLATA calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis are not considered Local Traffic. Local Traffic does not include any Internet Traffic.

  • Exchange of Traffic 66.2.1. The Parties may send each other Indirect Traffic.

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

  • Exchange of Concessions 1. The Parties to this Agreement shall mutually allocate concessions set forth in Protocol I in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.

  • Local Transit A per-minute-of-use rate will be charged to the originating Party, as contained in Exhibit A.

  • Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a CenturyLink End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing. CLEC traffic will be offered first to the direct trunk group (also referred to as the "primary high" route) and then overflow to the Tandem Switch group (also referred to as the "alternate final" route) for completion to CenturyLink End Office Switches.

  • Change of Use Alter or change the use of the Facility or enter into any management agreement for the Facility other than the Management Agreement or enter into any operating lease for the Facility, unless Borrower first notifies Lender and provides Lender a copy of the proposed lease agreement or management agreement, obtains Lender’s written consent thereto, which consent may be withheld in Lender’s sole discretion, and obtains and provides Lender with a subordination agreement in form satisfactory to Lender, as determined by Lender in its sole discretion, from such manager or lessee subordinating to all rights of Lender.

  • Exchange of Notes A Noteholder may exchange Notes for other Notes of the same Class by surrendering the Notes to be exchanged at the office or agency of the Issuer maintained under Section 3.2. If the requirements of Section 8-401(a) of the UCC are met, the Issuer will execute, the Indenture Trustee will authenticate and the Noteholder will receive from the Indenture Trustee new Notes of the same Class, in the same principal amount.

  • Exchange of Shifts Employees may exchange shifts with the approval of the Employer, provided that, whenever possible, sufficient advance notice in writing is given and provided that there is no increase in cost to the Employer.
