Evaluation Procedures 7.2.1 Evaluation procedures designed to fairly and adequately assess performance of full- time faculty employees shall be established and reviewed annually by the Vice President, after consultation with appropriate faculty groups at divisional/departmental meetings for their recommendations.
Evaluation Procedure The procedural requirements set forth in this agreement to provide specificity to the statutory obligations established under sections 3319.111 and 3319.112 of the Ohio Revised Code and to conform to the framework for the evaluation of teachers developed under section 3319.112 of the Ohio Revised Code.
NEGOTIATION PROCEDURES A. It is contemplated that matters not specifically covered by this Agreement, but of common concern to both parties shall be subject to professional negotiations between them from time-to-time during the period of this Agreement upon mutual agreement. The parties shall undertake to cooperate in arranging meetings, selecting representatives for such discussions, furnishing necessary information, and otherwise constructively considering and resolving such matters.
PROFESSIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE A. A claim by a teacher or the Association that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of any provision of this Agreement or any rule, order or regulation of the Board may be processed as a grievance as hereinafter provided.
