Completion of Evaluation Cycle 1. The summative evaluation rating shall be based upon a preponderance of the evidence, assessed in a holistic manner, that is aligned to the Ohio Educator Standards. Only evidence gathered during the walkthroughs and formal observations that are conducted for the current school year may be used.

Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.
Job Evaluation Plan (a) The Employer agrees that no job evaluation plan pertaining to positions covered by this Agreement will be introduced without the mutual agreement of the Parties.
EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF BIDS 30.1 The Employer will carry out evaluation of details and information provided in post- Qualification Questionnaire and any bidder who does not qualify shall not have his/her bid evaluated further.
