Common use of Evaluation During the Probationary Period Clause in Contracts

Evaluation During the Probationary Period. (a) During the probationary period the principal or other evaluator shall meet with the probationary employee at least twice monthly to observe and make at least two written summaries each month of the progress, if any, made by the employee. The employee will be given a copy of the written summaries within two (2) days of the observation. The employee shall have the right to attach any comments to the written summaries within five (5) days of receiving a copy of the written summaries.
