Estimated Quantities & Available Funds. CCOG and Equalis Group anticipate a substantial number of current and future Members will enter into contracts resulting from this solicitation; however, CCOG and Equalis Group makes no guarantee or commitment of any kind concerning quantities or usage of contracts resulting from this solicitation. The total annual volume for this contract category is estimated to be over $50,000,000.00 annually by year three (3) of the contract. This information is provided solely as an aid to Bidders preparing proposals only and performance will be determined by other factors such as awarded supplier’s competitiveness, and overall performance and support of the contract. The Awarded Supplier(s) discount and pricing schedule shall apply regardless of the volume of business under the contract. CCOG is not asserting any public funds have been allocated to purchase the products and services that will be available through this Program.
