Estate Entry Points. Further, more detailed designs which comply with Urban design Performance Criteria will be submitted for approval at Operational Works level. The main entry point to this estate will consist of two masonry entrance walls located along the truncations of the road reserve at the intersection of Regatta Boulevard and the collector street through this precinct as indicated on Map 3 (Precinct Estate Plan) of this document. This location will allow for adequate sight lines for both motorists and pedestrians.

  • Demarcation Point 98.1 CenturyLink will designate the point of demarcation between CenturyLink’s equipment and CLEC’s collocated equipment, which point of demarcation shall be in or adjacent to its Collocation Space unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. At CLEC's request, CenturyLink will identify the location(s) of other possible demarcation points available to CLEC, and CLEC will designate from these location(s) the point(s) of demarcation between its collocated equipment and CenturyLink's equipment. CenturyLink will use its best efforts to identify the closest demarcation point to CLEC's equipment that is available.

  • Receipt Points The Points of Receipt are listed in Appendix 2.

  • Rate Center Area The geographic area that has been identified by a given LEC as being associated with a particular NPA-NXX code assigned to the LEC for its provision of Telephone Exchange Services. The Rate Center Area is the exclusive geographic area that the LEC has identified as the area within which it will provide Telephone Exchange Services bearing the particular NPA-NXX designation associated with the specific Rate Center Area.

  • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes.

  • BUILDING INDUSTRY PICNIC DAY The parties agree that Building Industry Picnic Day will continue to apply during the life of this Agreement in accordance with the following:
