Demarcation Point. 98.1 CenturyLink will designate the point of demarcation between CenturyLink’s equipment and CLEC’s collocated equipment, which point of demarcation shall be in or adjacent to its Collocation Space unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. At CLEC's request, CenturyLink will identify the location(s) of other possible demarcation points available to CLEC, and CLEC will designate from these location(s) the point(s) of demarcation between its collocated equipment and CenturyLink's equipment. CenturyLink will use its best efforts to identify the closest demarcation point to CLEC's equipment that is available.
Demarcation Point. 9.2.1 The demarcation point is the end of the AT&T-13STATE provided interconnection cable at the Collocation arrangement (CDOW- AT&T owned frame location as assigned to the Collocator).
Demarcation Point. BellSouth will designate the point(s) of demarcation between ALEC Inc.,’s equipment and/or network and BellSouth’s network. Each Party will be responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment/facilities on its side of the demarcation point. For 2-wire and 4-wire connections to BellSouth’s network, the demarcation point shall be a common block on the BellSouth designated conventional distributing frame. ALEC Inc., shall be responsible for providing, and a supplier certified by BellSouth (“Certified Supplier”) shall be responsible for installing and properly labeling/stenciling, the common block, and necessary cabling pursuant to Section 6. For all other terminations BellSouth shall designate a demarcation point on a per arrangement basis. ALEC Inc., or its agent must perform all required maintenance to equipment/facilities on its side of the demarcation point, pursuant to Section 5.6, following, and may self-provision cross-connects that may be required within the Collocation Space to activate service requests. At ALEC Inc.,’s option and expense, a Point of Termination (“POT”) bay or frame may be placed in the Collocation Space, but will not serve as the demarcation point. ALEC Inc., must make arrangements with a Certified Supplier for such placement.

Each Party will be responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment/facilities on its side of the demarcation point. For 2-wire and 4-wire connections to BellSouth’s network, the demarcation point shall be a common block on the BellSouth designated conventional distributing frame. Demarcation Point. The point of physical separation of Cincinnati Bell's network, and associated responsibilities, from Customer's network and associated responsibilities. The location of the Demarcation Point shall be the physical interface for Evolve Evantage Service presented by Cincinnati Bell to Customer including the Integrated Access Device (IAD).
Demarcation Point. The access demarcation is an end point of the Rogers network that interfaces with your internal network. Demarcation interface is a port facing your internal network on a router/switch/modem (depending on access technology) provided by Rogers or Rogers’ partner.
Demarcation Point. A point-of-termination bay(s) will designate the point(s) of interconnection between Interconnector’s equipment and/or network and BellSouth’s network. Each party will be responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment/facilities on its side of the demarcation point. Interconnector may, at its option, provide its own point-of-termination bay(s) in accordance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications, which BellSouth will provide upon request.
Demarcation Point. 5.9.1 In Tennessee, if ACCESS Integrated elects the Tennessee Regulatory Authority (TRA) rates as set forth in Exhibit C, the additional language also set forth in Exhibit C for Demarcation Point, will be effective in conjunction with the remaining terms and conditions of this Attachment.

COMPASS shall be responsible for providing, and COMPASS’s BellSouth Certified Vendor shall be responsible for installing and properly labeling/stenciling, the common block, and necessary cabling pursuant to Section 6.4. For all other terminations BellSouth shall designate a demarcation point on a per arrangement basis. COMPASS or its agent must perform all required maintenance to equipment/facilities on its side of the demarcation point, pursuant to subsection 5.5, following, and may self-provision cross-connects that may be required within the collocation space to activate service requests. At COMPASS’s option, a Point of Termination (POT) bay or frame may be placed in the Collocation Space.
