Equipment Taxes. Grantee shall be liable for and shall pay before delinquency (and Grantee hereby indemnifies and holds Grantor harmless from and against any Claims (defined in Section 14.2, below) arising out of, in connection with, or in any manner related to) all governmental fees, taxes, tariffs and other charges levied directly or indirectly against any personal property, fixtures, machinery, equipment, apparatus, systems, connections, interconnections and appurtenances located in or used by Grantee in or in connection with the Grantee Space. If any such taxes for which Grantee is liable are levied or assessed against Grantor or Grantor’s property, and if Grantor elects to pay the same, Grantee shall pay to Grantor as Additional Colocation Fees, within thirty (30) days of Grantor’s demand therefor, that part of such taxes for which Grantee is liable hereunder, after Grantor provides Grantee with reasonable documentation evidencing such taxes.

  • Indirect Taxes All payments are exclusive of value added taxes, sales taxes, consumption taxes and other similar taxes (the “Indirect Taxes”). If any Indirect Taxes are chargeable in respect of any payments, the paying Party shall pay such Indirect Taxes at the applicable rate in respect of such payments following receipt, where applicable, of an Indirect Taxes invoice in the appropriate form issued by the receiving Party in respect of those payments.   • Premium Taxes If premium taxes are incurred, they will be deducted from the contract accumulation, to the extent permitted by law.
