Tenant Space Sample Clauses
The Tenant Space clause defines the specific area within a property that is leased to the tenant under the lease agreement. It typically details the location, size, and boundaries of the leased premises, often referencing floor plans or suite numbers to avoid ambiguity. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of which portion of the property the tenant has exclusive rights to use, thereby preventing disputes over space usage and delineating responsibilities for maintenance and access.
