Common use of EQUIPMENT HIRE Clause in Contracts

EQUIPMENT HIRE. 25.1 Equipment shall at all times remain the property of the Company and is returnable on demand by the Company. In the event that Equipment is not returned to the Company in the condition in which it was delivered the Company retains the right to charge the Customer the full cost of repairing the Equipment. In the event that Equipment is not returned at all the Company shall have right to charge the Customer the full cost of replacing the Equipment.
