  • Duties and Position The Company hires the Employee in the capacity of General Manager. The Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at the Company's discretion from time to time.

Executive understands and agrees that Executive may be required to travel from time to time for purposes of the Company’s business. The Parties agree that Executive’s principal work location cannot be relocated further than 50 miles from Executive’s principal work location on the Effective Date, except as mutually agreed by the Parties.
