Common use of Equipment and Materials Clause in Contracts

Equipment and Materials. a. Contractor shall provide sufficient qualified supervision, labor, proper materials, supplies, and equipment, including personal protective equipment, and all other necessary and incidental items and components. Contractor shall perform staging, hoisting, handling, unloading and loading of equipment and any materials. Contractor shall complete Landscaping Services in a professional and safe manner, using quality equipment and materials that conform to all Federal, State and local regulations. All equipment must be commercial grade and of sufficient size to complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner. All equipment must meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) standards and be in good working order capable of being used as originally intended. Contractor shall be responsible for routine maintenance repairs and damage to equipment and materials.
