Inspection Form Clause Samples

The Inspection Form clause establishes the requirement for a standardized document to record the results of property or goods inspections. Typically, this form details the condition, any defects, and compliance with agreed specifications, and may be completed by the buyer, seller, or a third-party inspector. By mandating the use of an inspection form, the clause ensures that both parties have a clear, written record of the inspection findings, which helps prevent disputes and provides a basis for addressing any issues discovered during the inspection process.
