Equal Employment Opportunity and Employment of Lansing Residents. LSC agrees and covenants to the City that it is presently and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer and at all times shall comply with the laws and regulations that prohibit discrimination. Further, LSC agrees and covenants to the City that it will use its best efforts to retain the services of residents of the City of Lansing in all Stadium Services performed pursuant to this Agreement and will attempt to have at least seventy-five percent (75%) of LSC’s seasonal staff be residents of the City of Lansing.
