Environmental Provisions Recycling. 5.1 Tenant agrees that neither Tenant, nor any of Tenant's Agents will store, place, generate, manufacture, refme, handle, or locate on, in or under the Land or Building any Hhardous Substance, except for storage, handling and use of reasonable quantities and types of cleaning fluids and office supplies in the Premises in the ordinary course and the prudent conduct of ~enant's business in the Premises, provided that (a) the storage, handling and use of such PFrmitted Hazardous Substances must at all times conform to all Governmental Requirements and to applicable fire, safety and insurance requirements; (b) the types and quantities of Pfrmitted Hazardous Substances which are stored in the Premises must be reasonable and appropriate to the nature and size of Ten ant's operation in the Premises and reasonable and appropriate for a fi~st-class building of the same or similar use and in the same market area as the Building; (c) no Hdzardous Substance shall be spilled or disposed by Tenant or by any of Tenant's Agents on, in or under the Land or Building or otherwise discharged by Tenant or Tenant's Agents from the premise~ onto, in or under any area adjacent to the Land or Building; and (d) in no event will Tenant be permitted to store, handle or use on, in or under the Premises any Hazardous Substance which will+the 12
