ENV definition

ENV means Environmental.
ENV means on any date of calculation with respect to any Account an amount equal to the anticipated cash collections as calculated by Lender, except that if Lender determines that all Obligor payments with respect to an Account have been made or if an Account has become a Defaulted Account, the ENV of such Account shall be zero.
