Entire Agreement; Term of Agreement. This Agreement, together with the other Loan Documents, constitutes the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall remain in effect from the Closing Date through and including the date upon which all Obligations shall have been indefeasibly and irrevocably paid and satisfied in full and the Commitments terminated. No termination of this Agreement shall affect the rights and obligations of the parties hereto arising prior to such termination.
