Entire Agreement and No Representations. 13.1 This Services Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties in relation to its subject matter and supersedes all agreements and representations made by either party, whether oral or written. Our agents and resellers are not authorised to amend this agreement or to agree any term which is inconsistent with this Services Agreement.

Entire Agreement and No Representations. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the RBS and the Client and no reliance may be placed by the Client upon any oral discussions or representations made prior to or at the time of signing this agreement.
