Trade Practices. To the Knowledge of the Company, none of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries have engaged in unfair competition or trade practices or any false or misleading advertising practices under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries operates or markets any of its products or services, in each case in any material respect.

Trade Practices. There is no agreement, arrangement or activity whether by commission or omission in which Seller has been or will be concerned which infringes or which has been or which is required to be authorized under the Trade Practices Act of 1974 of the Commonwealth of Australia or any other anti-trust legislation in relation to the Intellectual Property Assets, including, without limitation, any Australian national, state or territorial law or regulation.

Trade Practices. Each Party shall conduct its business in relation to this Agreement and any Services provided by them hereunder in a professional manner that will reflect favourably on the good name and reputation of the Sites and the Parties. In particular, each Party shall comply with all applicable national, international and local laws, ordinances, and regulations in its dealings with the other Parties and in performing its obligations under this Agreement and each Party will refrain from engaging in any unfair, or deceptive trade practice, or unethical business practice whatsoever, or any other practice that could unfavourably reflect upon the Sites or the other Parties hereto.
Trade Practices. The Company and Retailer each recognize the importance of dealing with each other in an open and honest manner. In addition, each party understands the importance of treating Volvo Customers and prospective Volvo customers with the utmost respect and honesty. Retailer agrees to conduct its business in a manner which will develop and maintain superior levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction, continually striving to improve Retailer's reputation, the Company, Company Products and the Volvo name, trademarks and service marks. Retailer will not engage in any unfair, deceptive, misleading, unethical, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited practice. Retailer will immediately discontinue any such advertising or practice upon written notice of objection from the Company. Any notice by the Company and discontinuance by Retailer will not prejudice any other rights the Company may have under this Agreement.

Trade Practices. None of Sellers and their respective Representatives have during operation of Business (a) used any funds for unlawful contributions, unlawful gifts, unlawful entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (b) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provisions of the FCPA or any similar Law, (c) taken any action that would constitute a violation of the FCPA or any similar Law or (d) violated any applicable antitrust and trade regulation Laws.
Trade Practices. None of Seller Parties, and (to Seller Parent’s Knowledge) no employee of Seller Parties, have (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, unlawful gifts, unlawful entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the FCPA or any similar Law, (iii) taken any action that would constitute a violation of the FCPA or any similar Law or (iv) violated any applicable Laws pertaining to the export or import of technical data, restrictive trade practices or boycotts.
Trade Practices. Neither the Company nor any of its officers or employees has committed or omitted to do any act or thing the commission or omission of which is a contravention of the Trade Practices Act of 1974 (Cth), the Fair Trading Act 1989 (Qld) or like legislation in any other state or territories of Australia.
