Enrollee Services Telephone Line. Demonstration Plans will be required to establish a toll-free telephone number, available twenty-four hours, seven days a week, for Enrollees to access medical professionals, either to the Demonstration Plan directly or to the PCPs, for consultation to obtain medical care.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use.
