English Language Agreement. 16. The parties hereby acknowledge that they have requested that this Agreement and all related documents be drawn up in the English language. English Language Agreement. This Agreement has been prepared in English. Any translations of this Agreement or any portion thereof have been for reference purposes only and shall not control the content or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement. The Stockholder either (a) has a sufficient command of the English language to understand the full intent of each provision of this Agreement or (b) has consulted with such Stockholder's advisors who have such command of the English language to ensure that such Stockholder understands the full intent of each provision of this Agreement.
