Employment or Severance Agreements. Except for those listed on the Disclosure Schedule, no Loan Party is a party to or bound by (i) any collective bargaining agreement, (ii) any material agreement providing for a term of employment or for any severance payment to any executive officer of any Loan Party, or (iii) any material agreement providing any deferred compensation, bonus or profit sharing payment to any executive officer of any Loan Party.
