Employment Letter. At the Closing, Selling Principal and Buyer will have delivered a letter of employment (the “Employment Letter”), substantially in the form attached as Exhibit F;
Employment Letter. After the Manager approves a candidate for hiring, the Manager shall prepare an employment letter that includes but is not limited to:
Employment Letter. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Employment Letter, the Employment Letter shall control.
Employment Letter. The parties hereto acknowledge that the issuance of the Shares hereby satisfies in full the Company’s obligation to grant a restricted stock award to the Participant under the terms of Section 4(a) of the Employment Agreement.
