All Other Terms. All other terms and conditions of the Note remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
All Other Terms. We may amend any terms of this Agreement, other than changes to the Fee Schedules addressed in Section 6.6.4., by providing no fewer than sixty (60) days’ prior Written Notice to you. If you object to such notice you may, within thirty (30) days of such notice, give us ninety (90) days’ prior Written Notice of termination of this Agreement. If you object, we will either at our discretion (i) withdraw our proposed change in which case your Written Notice of termination will have no force or effect; or (ii) accept your Written Notice of termination and not apply the proposed change to you during the termination notice period.
All Other Terms. All other sections, parts, terms, and conditions of the Agreement not expressly amended by this First Amendment shall remain in full force and effect.
