Common use of Employees To Be Paid Bi-Weekly Clause in Contracts

Employees To Be Paid Bi-Weekly. (a) Employer To Pay Bi-Weekly The Employer shall pay Employees on a bi-weekly basis for the life of this Agreement. The maximum holdback period shall be seven (7) calendar days. The Employer specifically reserves the right to change at any time the length of the pay period upon at least thirty (30) consecutive calendar days prior written notice to the Union, said time span to commence on and from and include the date of any such notice. The Parties agree that when a Statutory Holiday falls on a pay day wages shall be paid on the calendar day immediately preceding the Statutory Holiday.
