Common use of Employee Medical and Dental Appointments Clause in Contracts

Employee Medical and Dental Appointments. Where practical permanent employees are expected to arrange for medical and dental appointments outside of “normal” work hours (ie. After hours, lunch breaks, earned days off, etc). Where this is not practical, the employee can request time off work, which would be deducted from available family illness leave.
