Common use of Emergency Plans Clause in Contracts

Emergency Plans. CONTRACTOR shall create and establish detailed emergency plans that are in accord with ACA Standards and the FDC’s Emergency Plans which address the items enumerated below. Plans shall be provided to the On-Site Contract Monitor and approved by the Contract Manager and reviewed annually with documentation of the review provided to the On-Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plans require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted by CONTRACTOR.
