Operations Emergency Plan Clause Samples
The Operations Emergency Plan clause establishes the requirement for a formal, documented procedure to be followed in the event of an operational emergency. This clause typically outlines the responsibilities of parties to develop, maintain, and implement a plan that addresses potential emergencies such as equipment failures, natural disasters, or hazardous material spills. It may specify the need for regular training, drills, and communication protocols to ensure readiness. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies, thereby minimizing risks to safety, property, and the environment.
