Common use of EMERGENCY CALL-BACK PAY Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY CALL-BACK PAY. An employee called back after the close of his/her regular shift shall receive at least two hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay, if such call back does not immediately precede or follow his/her regular shift and the employee has left the worksite.
